The region is also famous for its delicious cheeses, including Cabrales, which is made in the caves of the Picos. 

To get there from the UK, you can fly into Bilbao or Santander, and from there, take a bus or rent a car to reach the park.

“Quite a demanding hike, but you then get to see a lot. Picos de Europa has a lot to offer!”
